Well I find it quite funny...

From BBS website...

Kidderminster agree deal for Pugh

Burnley's youth-team striker Marc Pugh has joined Conference side Kidderminster on work experience

The 18-year-old has scored 15 goals in 11 games for the Clarets youth team this season, and has also scored once for the reserves.

He has been a first-team substitute twice this season, for the Carling Cup games with Aston Villa and Carlisle.

Pugh, who signed for Burnley as an apprentice winger in 2003, has only recently converted to being a striker.

They way they put 'work experience' is brilliant!!
