Hyperlinks in Outlook
My sister in law has moved from Firefox to IE - now none of the hyperlinks in her emails work - Any idea where I should be looking? Firefox is still installed on the machine and I think this should be removed as when you click on a hyperlink in an email, you can see it is trying to do something then just times out. I cant find anywhere where these link are defined or where I should be looking for a solution. Help appreciated

Is Internet Explorer set as her default browser?
Might be worth doing Tools > Internet Options > Programs and then putting a tick in the "Check if IE is default browser" box then close IE and reopen. Should ask if you want to set as default.

I had the same problem! see if this works......
Since Outlook Express and Internet Explorer are intertwined, open IE and go to Tools/Internet Options then click the "Programs" tab. Hit the "Reset Web Settings" button. Uncheck "Also Reset My Home Page" before hitting Yes. While you're there, also make sure that you have a default email program set—if you don't it might also cause this problem. Rob
