Cpfc Bbs 5-a-side Goals Team!
Hi Peeps, looking in to getting a team down at the new(ish) goals 5 a side centre in elmers end/beckenham. Ive got my name down on the wating list to get a team. Ive got a few players so far but would like it to be mainly a bbs team like the last team we had down at powerleague we were the SODS (SONS OF DOWIES). It would be nice if some of the original palyers would come but maybe a bit far for you guys?? if your intrested let me know.

Not sure what day yet but will look to go down there on a sunday to try out the new pitch and have a kick about before we start. There will be subs to pay which should be no more then 4-5quid a game. the games are 20mins each way. The pitches are much better then powerleague.

Ive got 3 defs so far so would need another 4-5 players, dont need to be a rooney or AJ, 4-5 Wayne Andrews will do fine!! Got a GK.

Not much relevance i know, but the Albion in South Norwood have a team that play there Wednesday evenings made up of Palace fans.

well you can def have a place in the team mate, we lost 9-8 last night, got a real decent team in the making and the pitches are in the dogs bollokz!! ill let you know when our next friendly is as they aint put us in a league yet. are you free most nights? the games are between 7 and 10.

Yeah free every night apart from very occasional Wednesday .

Home by six every night so not an issue getting there on time

Hi guys, In case any of you are intrested we had our 1st game this week and won 7-6.

It was a very tight game and a very friendly game with both teams playing fairly. BBA went 1 down in the 1st few minutes then Deanchilds scored the 1st offical BBA Goal with a neat goal after taking on 2 players it was very even up until half time as the BBA boys went in 4-3 down. BBA went more attacking after the break and got it back to 4-4 and then went ahead after a neat finish from flint and then further ahead making it 6-4 we then had a lapse and conceded 2 goals very quickly to make it 6-6 and then a mistake by there player let in Deanchilds who had all the time in the world to place the ball into the top right corner. BBA held out for the final 3 minutes just passing and running down the clock. A great team performance all round!!

Was really great to get to finally meet Tasty-snacks (rich)!! We had 8 players to night sum were just one offs so there may be a spare place next monday as we will start a new season in division 3. we are called BBA (BOUNCEBACKABILITY)!!

If you dropped me a pm about playing it has been read and i will let you know about next weeks game.

We played a friendly last monday and lost 9-8, was a close game but tiredness proved vital.

good to finally put some pseudo names to faces! solid performance i thought, not bad as it was our first league game and against a team who have already played together 13 times this season. some cracking football played at times- we can only get better from here. league title i think when the new league starts next week.... my apologies for their 4th goal right before half time too as that could've given them impetus but we responded well after the break to cancel it out.
