Leigertwood

If Mr Dowie decides to keep a hard attack minded midfielder on the bench and watch under-par all season Soares, and keep Watson on the pitch, regardless of the fact that he could not kick a dead ball into a decent position for love nor money, then we don’t deserve a bloomin’ thing from the game at all.

Playing our back four outta their usual positions, not to mention players who have played no more than 2 games together all season, what WAS he thinking?

Where was Reich?

Well played Watford, three cracking goals, im not going to take anything away from them, they were superb and outplayed us last time at Selhurst, lets not forget they scored 2 of our 3 goals that night, and the other was a saved penalty!

if butterfield was fit, it HAD to be hall and ward at the centre of defence!!!!!!!! with butters and boyce at full-back.

Poppo an Ward provide no pace!!!

AND WHY DID WE PLAY SOARES ON THE WING AGAIN!!!

learn the lesson!! PLAY REICH!!!

the ref was a c*nt as usual, they should've been down to 10 men at 0-0, but after that, we were pooooooooor!!!!

They were always going to be very direct. Our centre back partnership hasn't been competent or consistent right up until the last game of the regular season.

You need consistency throughout the team, especially those positions. We have suffered because Granville has been out the whole season. I expect things will be different next season, whichever league we're in.

Yup agree with that. The ref was woeful no question about it, but im not going to take anything away from the fact that Watford were good, and we were VERY VERY POOR...in fact as someone put it earlier tome, 'INSEPID'!

Leigertwood should have started, all season the need to win the physical battle in midfield has been clear. All season it has been obvious that if Riihilahti is unavailable then Leigertood must start, unfortunately Dowie has relied on Hughes when he has become a passenger.

Correct, many fans saw this from the beggining of the season, and even last year a bit, why didn't the clown in charge?
