I appreciate that. I am not looking for love as such, it's just I do miss the things a relationship provides. As I said, single is great but really only at the weekends if I am honest. The run of the mill stuff I had like a random cuddle of an evening I miss a lot.

I am not that bothered about f#cking too many women but I am bothered that I haven't found a single one who has the wow factor. I am not talking about just looks I mean the complete package.

No mate she left and I hadn't heard from her properly until yesterday. It felt like a big rug was whipped from under my feet but thought f#ck it, I am not going to feel sorry for myself, I am going to try to be happy and use being single to it's maximum advantage? Only thing was through all of this I always had her in the back of my mind.

She left me so it was out of my hands I wasn't going to chase someone who could just leave me like that.

I suddenly got my confidence with the ladies as i turned 23 and went on a hedonistic binge, but within 6 months (when i really didn't want a girlfriend) i met my current missus and we've been together for the last 6 years. I'm afraid my self esteem is not low enough to still be droaning on about how much of a 'player' I am in my mid-twenties. Maybe some of you chaps could lend me your freshly acquired leather trousers - they'd go well with my balding, greying head.

You could borrow my leather-chaps if you want. The bottom area is cut out to air my 'arris. One thing i do insist on is that you wipe the stains off before returning them (inside and out).

I was actually thinking that you deserved some reasonable advice but reading these 3 quotes makes me think that you would not bloody listen anyway. It seems that you dont really know what the hell you want from life anyway.

You cant get this girl out of your head but, and I quote, "I wasn't going to chase someone who could just leave me like that" so in answer to original message, move on you numpty, if you cant be bothered chasing her then she doesnt mean that much to you.

On the house front I find it staggering that you had bought a house together and the words marriage and engagement were never bought up. I am guessing you were renting which is a little easier to walk away from. I cant believe that any woman (especially at the mid twenty age) would walk out on a loving relationship, nice house, just because there was a difference of opinion over the length of an engagement.

Matty11 you need to grow up a bit and stop acting like you are the age of your user ID.
