Jazz Funk is great. If I'd been around in the mid 70s, I'd definitely be into JF rather than rubbish old punk.

Blimey never thought I would ever see a thread on jazz funk. However, for those that were in the 80's the best music and before it hit the mainstream those lucky enough to listen to Invicta, JFM... and partied at the alldayers, Cats Whiskers the music was the nuts.
A selection of musicians to listent to if you dont understand - Roy Ayers, Lonnie Liston Smith, Ronnie Laws, The Blackbyrds, Donald Byrd and the great thing there was a British scene with the likes of Atmosfear, Freeez, Centra Line & even Level 42 before they went commercial. The music was awesome ![]()

WCB fails to realise that punk was also involved in the growth of reggae listening in the UK. He is rubbish.
