Microsoft Wireless Keyboard Help
Please can comeone help me! I have a Microsoft Wireless keyboard and for some reason it has stopped working. The light in the top right hand corner has gone out, when I take the batteries out and then put them in again the light comes back on but when I press a key it goes off again! I have tried using different batteries!
I also have a wireless mouse which is working fine. Please help me as I have been trying to fix this all evening and it is driving me mad! Thanks |

I am not familiar with the wireless keyboard but is the light to show the battery is working or to show it is receiving a signal from the receiver plugged into the computer. I went on to a help forum where people were having problems with usb connections!

You should have a button on the keyboard and a button on the USB small box that you will need to press and get them back in Synch with each other.

Thank you both for your help. I am now working again - it was something to do with the button on the bottom of the keyboard - just kept pressing it with the button on the wireless receiver and it seemed to work!
Thanks again. |
