The other day I was thinking about how good Craig Moore and Gordan Petric looked when they played together for us back just before the dark days.

craig moore was excellent,but I guess he didn't play enough games for us before we realised we hadn't paid for him and he had to go back for people to pick him.

I remember Upson being pony when on loan for us.

Rodger was a bit of cult hero and always gave 100%, wouldn't have him in my best team though. Still, everyones got their own opinion...my mate even reckons Ricky Newman was one of the best midfielders he has seen in 20 odd years of supporting Palace
