two of my favourite bands, Hawkwind and Pink Floyd have both lost their keyboard players within 7 days of each other, Hawkwinds keyboard player Jason Stuart was only 40 when he suffered an aneurysm last tuesday, and now Rick Wright

i am glad that the 4 of them played live8 now. it seems fitting that they all played one last gig together before his passing. otherwise i think we would never have seen it again with Gilmour and Waters bickering as they were.

Yes, that's very sad. I've been revisiting quite a few of my early Floyd albums recently, they were a great band. I also feel glad that they all managed to play the Live8 gig together... a wonderful final performance.
