Problems in my 5-a-side team
For some reason, unknown to me, one of the players in my team (who is also in the my year at school) has a massive problem with me. He has said he will not play if i do.

He has not told me why, or even hinted that he doesn't like me. Only told the person who organises the team and now it seems a lot of other people knew this too, and didn't tell me.

Thing is though, that i don't like him either. He is the most arrogant, selfish little ******* i have ever met. I don't say this at school or at football because it would cause a lot of problems, i just ignore it at football and try to get on with the game. He never passes to me, or anyone else really. Even if i was infront of the goal with no one to beat, he wouldn't pass. Only seems to pass to one player.

I have decided to pull out of the team, if everyone else agrees thats the best option. Even though i have NO idea what i am supposed to be or done. All i do know is that i put personal things aside and play in the team to the best of my ability, i score goals, set them up, defend too. No one else has a problem with me, except this one kid... and i don't understand it.

We have games on sunday, and last week i wasn't informed of the game. Maybe this is part of the managers way of squad rotation, because he says he doesn't want me to leave the team but must make sure he does what is best for the team.

However, i cannot play with a group of players who don't like me. I do believe it is only the one person, and he acts normal to me at school. But says things behind my back.

Ah well, what can ya do?! No real point to this thread, just wanted to get something off my chest.

But that'd mean finding new players, and the team we have now was unbeaten until last week... when i didn't play, coincidentally.

I was thinking about either, blanking him.... or playing the games and always give him bad passes, either too hard, too soft, too short or slightly away from him.

Daniel, I am unfortunately nearing the end of my footy 'career' and my advice to you is "f*ck 'em, f*ck 'em all" in Millwall style. There are plenty of other teams around if you want to play. 5-a-side is a sh*te form of footy anyway, it's not the real thing, just a fitness booster.

All that you need to do is chuck in that North London sh*te (that we beat 8-2 last season) and pledge your religion to Palace at last - then your journey will be complete. There will be many chances to play versus Arsenal and beat them, they openly admit to us being their 'bogey team'. Even i've scored against them, as has GG last weekend.

**** is questioned on how he got his injuries he will just say he fell over.

Not really possible if he refuses to play in the same side as me!

I have a feeling the team will decide that i will play and he won't. If based on nothing else than the fact i live so much closer to the ground and it is easier for me to get to the games!

Oh, and i am the better player, by far

Correct you are, but i am sure there is something the BBS rules about abusing other members and how that is not allowed.

If that is your opinion then it is very narrow minded and not really based on much, i suggest you consider revising it.
