Nothing in English. French Eurosport is on TV at 4:30 (French time). In the meantime I'm watching this: http://sports-livez.com/channel/ch-6.php |

Kabott's stream is now doing the Eurosport commentary which for me is a lot better than ITVs.

Another excellent stage, although the Angrilu is a stupid, stupid climb.
Wiggins was superb again to even stay in contention until the last few km, but Cobo after doing nothing all season has found superb form and now must win la Vuelta, a worthy stage winner today (an excellent pick Beckenham Boy). |

Very good stage, think wiggins did very well, though he will obviously feel dissapointed. Makes you wonder what he could of done at the tour de france.

^^^^^^ Cobo, ex Liberty, and one of Ricco and Piepoli's old mates. I'm not 100% convinced. Nothing to do with the fact that I've got Pouls and Menchov in my team. Pity the second camera on Brad's group came a cropper at a crucial moment. Apart from that, we had a much better idea of what was going on today compared with yesterday's abysmal coverage where they showed Nibali about 10 minutes after he was dropped. So who's Sky's leader now? In any case the Vuelta is far from over. I'm sure there'll be a lot more surprises in store. |

Agree about Cobo, just seemed a bit too easy on the really stupidly steep stuff. |

I agree too, Cobo just didn't seem in trouble at any point in that climb, even up the really steep stuff he looked so comfortable. I want him to be clean and it to be an amazing ride but with those type of amazing rides there's normally a sad reason for it and I've just got that nagging doubt. Cracking work by Froome again and Wiggins did well to limit those losses as he looked in big trouble just before the camera bike went AWOL. Just think how far ahead Cobo would have been if his teams car crash of a time trial had actually been any good. |

Finally caught up wih ITV4 today - that was one helluva climb. The coverage wasn't as good as their coverage of TdF, I guess that's down to the local broadcaster.
As has been said above, shame that Wiggins had that bad crash in TdF, he looked good today, even if he did lose the leaders jersey. |

An hour of coverage from ITV4
![]() What I climb that was and great work form Cobo, to drop Wiggins. Froome really does look strong even though he looked like he was in one hell of a high gear for that climb! Froome isn't signed to a team for 2012 yet but his stock much surely have gone up after this Vuelta performance.

Exactly what I was thinking last night. Especially given the fact that David de la Fuente had to drop back to pace him the day before. But of course, I haven't mentioned any of this so explicitly at TheWheelsucker.com where I've written a quick post summing up the last few days.
