Really happy with North's trade week so far.
Just kidding. Kayarbee, Race 8 over 1400 at Echuca on Tuesday, Dale Smith on board. He's no Nick Hall, but he's not Linda Meech either. Trial was good, no reason why she can't produce a bold showing first up although we obviously want her at 2000+ for the serious business.

Let me indulge in the jump-out video again. She's on the inside with the baldy face and one white sock. Jumps ok, drifts back second last then runs on for third. Chris Symons on board, which is what we prefer to see.

Be interesting to see how the overseas horses go in the Cup this year.
No doubt the English cats will come over with big raps on them and go like busteds as they always do, but the Japanese horse has good form and Profound Beauty is back. Overall though, they don't look the strongest bunch, making it even easier for So You Think and Shocking.
