I've just had an email from the box office to say quite a few people haven't received their tickets yet, and if I haven't got mine by next Monday to contact them and they will sort something out for me.

Season tickets were all sent to the mailing house last week, we told everyone they would take at least 2 weeks as we are not too sure how quickly the mailing house will pack or send them out. That would mean they would arrive sometime this week. All you can do at the moment is wait, if the season ticket still hasnt arrived by next week give us a call or come in and we will print you a new ticket as it only takes a few seconds. Im sorry you have not been able to get hold of us, we have been very busy today.

Hi all, just back in the UK. Season ticket hasn't arrived but programmes vouchers have. Does anybody know if these were being sent out in the same envelope? Reason why I ask, mine had clearly been opened before it got to me, it was ripped and barely stuck down.

No, they weren't. But from reading other people's posts, it would seem the Eagles Gold stuff came in a separate envelope to their ST.

Dear Steve Browett
Further to my enquiry re season tickets, due to unforseen circumstances i cannot afford my season ticket for this season which is a shame after 53 years of supporting Palace. I shall of course still be a Palace supporter until i pop me clogs, the main point in my original message was the time we are given to pay for season tickets if we want to pay by instalments. As the season runs for nine months why cant we pay over the same period of time instead of five months? This would make life a lot easier for people like me who do not have a lot of money. I hope you read this and can give a constructive comment, thanks.
