How long does Dougie have?
Okay, before anyone moans, two things. 1) This is a forum where things are discussed 2) Im not a hater, simply starting a reasoned debate.

Right, here goes:

3 defeats. 2 BIG matchs coming up. IF this was another club the pressure would be growing. Im not convinced by some of the signing (personal view).

Are we willing to let things slide because its Dougie?

Will 2010 take the long term view?

Does anyone else have a view on this?

I think this is stupid thread. Not a dig, as you're right this is a discussion forum and you should be free to ask whatever, but in my opinion it's dumb. We could easily have had more points the last few matches. We haven't. That's football.

Dougies doing ok, we are better than we were, I don't think we're going to go down this year so happy to keep gradually improving.

Any that would be calling for Dougies head is a moron IMO

You have missed the fact that we beat Burnley, Coventry and Hull.

We are into the 4th round of the League Cup.

12th in the table above Ipswich, Birmingham, Reading and Forest. All teams who are going for promotion.

Yes we have a poor away record but that didn't start under Freedman.

We are only 8 games into a 46 game season.

Give it time.

Anyone wanting Freedman out is ******* clueless.

So you missed the part before the last 3 games when we were 5th/6th and looking like a bloody good side then? Still think we'll do alright this season, 12th after 8 games is good, and only 3 points off 6th. Chill, innit

Just to clarify a point....Im NOT wanting Freeman out...SIMPLY starting a debate on a DISCUSSION forum.

My view....I question a few of the signing. I think we give it untill the end of the season. IF we did go down (which i dont think we will) I would get rid of Freedman.

Oh dear, i do hope your not always this premature. We've just had the best start to a season in 5years and you're considering calling for Dougs head. I think you need to manage your expectations a bit and maybe think before you post a topic for discussion.

And just for the record in this instance I thought "muppet" was a perfectly reasoned and well thought out responce
