teemu pukki

Teemu pukki is a Finnish striker who is 21 years old and currently plays for Shalke 04 (Bundesliga) after transferring from HJK (Veikkausliiga) for around 1 million euros last year.

He is a quick, technically gifted striker, with good movement and who can finish with both feet.

I don't know how much it would take to get him from Shalke 04, but he is definitely a very gifted footballer and one to look out for .

P.S. His surname translates as Goat, which in my books deserves even more respect

Not really like Easter. Easter is more of a target man, where as Pukki is an out and out striker.

most the games I've been to he has had the job of holding up the ball and waiting for Zaha/Ambrose to get up the wings.

maybe my terminology is wrong and he's not a target man, but what I meant was that Easter tends to hold the ball once he receives it, where as Pukki is more likely to try to latch onto a through ball. If that makes sense ?

Possible Clyne replacement. Hiroki Sakai

Obviously a rb ;p I haven't seen Dumbuya play but it sounds like he would be a good choice from the write ups on here. Sakai, however, could be another to look at, though both Santos and Arsenal are looking at him as well. Could be a hard sell getting him to Palace over those two (as much as I hate to admit it).

Shutdown Neymar effectively when Santos and Kashiwa played, they had to switch Neymar to the other side to get him to score. Sakai can play hard-man football as well as skillful football. He is tall 184cm (6 foot), strong and quick. One of the best parts of his game is his ability to attack down the flank and cross.

Might cost a bit much though, with the attention he is grabbing. The gooners must have scouts in Japan, they seem to know about players from there rather quickly.

Well I guess I jinxed myself because the US couldn't top El Salvador or Canada and don't even make the knockouts for Olympic qualifying. And Diskerud was the best US player too.

Well, after half a season in Belgium, Diskerud's only made 4 starts at Gent. Not sure if they are going to buy him this summer or not. Stabæk, it seems, is in serious financial trouble and need to sell their players. They only have 1 point after 7 matches, so they might have already sold all of them. Maybe the Norwegian BBSers can let us now if Stabæk has any players left that are worth a damn.

Not many good players left at Stabæk..they had a few decent players going on free transfers in December 2011. Still in big financial problems though..lost their stadium last year..and surely going down this year. Still with only 1 point now after 10 matches..
Diskerud could be interesting though..depending on what happens at Gent I guess.
