Apple ID reset password
Hi,
I forgot my apple id pass word and tried to reset in usual way by requesting an email. But they haven't sent an email through. I've tried this several times. I went for the other option of 'secret questions' but the first one was my DOB and it didn't except my response. Any ideas how to resolve? thanks

Just a thought - make sure that you are in the UK version of iTunes. Look for the Union Flag bottom right when in the Apple Store - in iTunes click on 'iTunes Store' in the left menu and scroll to the bottom.
I once tried to buy an App from the US store and I hadn't realised that the store location had changed. It wouldn't accept my password, and password reminders didn't work. In case you are in the wrong store, click on the flag and select UK. The chances are that this isn't your problem, but just in case it is .......
