EDIT: apparently there's no stadium news today, so will be something else. Looks like they're just announcing Park Ji Sung signing.

Looking at the live feed from the QPR official site - looks like they are making a big deal out of signing Park - saying that having a 'World Super Star' like him will raise the profile of the club.

Tony Fernandes has just been asked the possible move to a new stadium, but was non-commital - this event is basically about banging the drum about
signing the Man U reject.

Quite - I think many of us had got over the shock by now - it did seem that the big news was going to be about moving QPR from Loftus Road to White City.

I have to say, looking on, the whole theme of the interview seemed to be about selling QPR to a Far Eastern audience - they had Air Asia stewardesses dressed in QPR's latest home and away kits, smiling away in their horrid shirts - and when the initial presentation was over, one of the QPR officials mention that questions and answers would be translated for their 'Korean' media reps.

Agreed, for the price it is a cracking bit of business.
