Mikael Forssell.

Played for Leeds last season, but is now a free agent, who according to the Newspaper I read today is looking for a move to a championship club.
Been here a couple of times on a loan spell and I think could be a useful addition to the squad, even as a back up player...

Thoughts?

What, lost the ability or something else? The OP is obviously Finnish and some of these posts are rather insensitive. As far as I'm aware, Mikael never did anything to upset Palace fans and was a pretty handy striker when here.

I dont know why his career has nose-dived but surely he must be worth a thought, especially if it was a Blackpool style appearance based salary?

Crikey, I remember when Dougie lost it and went to Southend, strikers with the exception of a few just seem to suddenly become a shadow of themselves, its not cruel but fact. If he was still any good he would not be struggling to get a club. As I said, remember Hopkin second time round, from hero to zero?? Our club is hopefully being run properly now.
