Bayan Fenwick
Knocking on the door?
Normally each season somebody comes from seemingly knowhere and pushes there way in. Not seem him yet. Is he good enough? What do we think.

Seen him twice, best player first half of Dulwich match, and our best yesterday at Margate (all though not much competition there) He looks very comfortable on the ball, awareness, good pace - saw him skin a few defenders on wing both games, looks very promising to me - I wouldn't be surprised to see him getting some games especially torwards end of season. |

Looked good, but raw, in the Lewes game.
Certainly the best of the 'youth' contingent. Might get a few games this year as sub. Might even get to play against Exeter in League cup. |

He'll be a regular by the end of the season, IMHO.
Dougie's apparently saying he's way off - I'm not having it - there's no way he would have played today unless Dougie thought he has a chance of breaking through. Much, much more likely to get there than Cadogan, for example.

Saw him today and against Dulwich, I'd be very surprised if he isnt a regular in the 1st team squad

He's a friend of a friend, I've met him a few times. Doesn't expect to get much first team football this season but he has settled brilliantly at Palace so you never know. Surprised how much he has developed since joining, he was good at Lewes but nobody expected such an impact. Very nice lad too.

Against dulwich he was one of the brighter players first half but would have a long way to go to championship standard. He has definitely passed cadogan and sekajja though.

He looked accomplished enough at youth level, and impressed me against Dulwich. I would expect a few substitute appearances perhaps.

I thought he still looked very raw at Dulwich game.

If he can persuade Palace fans to buy shirts with the word "Fenwick" on the back then that's some achievement!

I think he'll be one of the young players to benefit from the seven subs coming back in this season. Looks confident, seems to want to cross the ball a fair amount and isn't afraid to have a pop at goal.
I definitely like the look of him on the couple of occasions I've seen him play.

Really like the sound of this lad. Looks to be exactly what we've been missing and if we are unable (for whatever reason) to bring in the proven quality we need to the squad; he certainly sounds like he deserves a chance to stake a claim.
I'll be watching his progress with interest. |
