3 or 4th choice striker here last year, not great loss but would still need replacing, leaves us with:

- Murray
- Wilbraham
- Zaha

Need one or two more IMO.

I enjoyed having Easter here, much like any of our strikers he never got the run that may have shown us something different. I wish him well, it might be a big ask to become the new Billy Sharpe but you never know.

It didn't happen for him here and good for all concerned if this is true. I feel some of the opinions on him are a bit harsh, he was an honest player who would have benefitted from a decent run of games and something more than the appalling service he got when he did play.

I think we still have a few more players who would benefit from playing at a level lower than the Championship, moving them on would benefit us by clearing the way for the younger players and helping with the wage bill and allowing us to strengthen with albeit fewer players who will contribute more.

Has scored regularly for us although never prolific.

Tried hard on the pitch and always put the effort in - but never had the best control or skill.

Overall - thanks for your efforts, you were often the scapegoat (sometimes unfairly) but we can replace you for probably a lower wage drain.

Surely if we sell we desp need to go and spend money on a proven striker then. Id hope if we did sell we had some lined up as a replacement
