I actually do not know however he has apologised for disrespecting the policeman, and it does appear the policeman was being a jobsworth, however I have decided I do not like him, so he should be sacked.

Dont get me wrong I am sure that the copper on duty was a right jobsworth arsehole but the reality is that its all about the uniform he was wearing and as such Mitchell should have complied and just kept his mouth shut.

Treats someone doing there job with total disrespect one where part of it is protecting him from terrorist attack. Within hours of when two of the guys colleagues were killed in Manchester. Would appeared to have lied when asked about. Insulted and swore at a policeman in uniform, showing his true feelings about those he perceives beneath below him in intellect. As an MP let alone as Chief Whip. Of course he should go but fairly sure he will not the Tory party of DC has shown a total disregard for decent behavior over a number of other gaffs and inappropriate behavior.
Its simple really the guy might of been a jobsworth it does not matter when calling on others to show respect for the police then do so yourself.
