The good and bad side of football
I was on my regular dog walk this morning, and often stop to watch the kids having their Saturday morning training session. I always say to my mrs, " bloody typical, no kids with Palace tops on ", but today there were 3 kids proudly wearing the red and blue ! I thought there was a fourth, but on closer inspection, it was Barcelona !
Then we stopped for a coffee, and sat near two middle aged gentlemen. They started talking football, so I had a listen, and they summed up all that's wrong with modern football. One of them was a Fulham "supporter" ,and was discussing the match against Man City. The other man asked if he was going, and he replied, " no, I went to a game last season,I got free tickets from Barclays, I think we was losing 2- love at half time !!"
By now my wife was asking me why I was banging my head on the table !!
Talk about one extreme to another

I was walking around Croydon today with a Glasgow Rangers plastic bag that I had to accept from JJB sport or whatevers its called. Wasn't angry or anything just a bit bemused by it.

I often stop and watch the local games on a Sunday morning when walking the dog. Last week I was with my boys and had to move them on from the games as the language the kids and parents were using was appalling. It was every word rather than every other word. Was quite disgusted.

I was walking the dog in the park today and I too watched kids playing football, then I realised I should have been at work 3 hours ago.
