England v San Marino
Wasn't going to go but taking the family since its not a 'school night'. Bit meaningless in the scheme of thing re qualifying but at least we are guaranteed a victory !
And its a sell out

I'm going to this. £30 is a decent price for an International game and hopefully we'll get our value for money in goals anyway!

![]() And I've got to agree. All opinion of course but I don't think £30 is great value for what is effectively England Vs Sunday League team. |

Anything less than 10-0 and I will be disappointed.

Well that is probably what people say about spending £25 on watching Palace vs Barnsley on a cold tuesday night at Selhurst...& i'd imagine you'd be amongst the crowd to c*nt off such a fan? I believe £30 is good value to watch your National team in one of the best stadiums in the world regardless of opposition.

At Selhurst on a cold Tuesday night you get to see the best young English kid alive. At Wembley tonight you’ll see 11 shepherds and Michael Carrick.

I'm not there for the opposition. The facilities alone are worth £30. I forgot it's cool to be anti-England on here. Plus, i'd otherwise have a weekend of no live football. Maybe I wanted to fill the void with the next best thing to Palace?

No Terry, Gerard or Frank.
Maybe a chance for some new faces. England have been so unlikeable and haven't connected with Joe Public in donkeys years.

£25/30 for international football is a great price, when so many Championship games are £30+.
Anyway, looking forward to this. Some fresh faces and hopefully a lot of goals. Although not looking forward to the reaction if we don't score big! People will have a ******* heart attack. |

I like your attitude, and hope you have a good evening. I don't think it's cool to be anti-England, I am proud to be English. However, the current England team do not excite me, on the contrary, I spend most weekends wishing they loose or have a nightmare. Therefore I find it impossible to get behind them as a collective.

I agree - it's hard to connect with players like Rooney despite our mutual appreciation of mature women. However, it's a bit easier to bond with an England team minus John Terry and with a few honest pro's (Joe Hart, Baines, Jagielka, Parker when fit, etc). I've only been to one prior England game & fancied giving it another go...was interested to compare it to the atmosphere at Selhurst these days. I'm pretty confident that despite Selhurst having a fifth/sixth of the Wembley crowd, the atmosphere will be far more imperssive & less fickle in SE25.

Never been to the new Wembley, would have loved to have gone to support my National team and see a few other unproven exciting youngsters that are coming through now with a manager who seems to get it .
Always love it when England is compared to Palace or some Prem teams, makes me smile.

Not much to say really is there? Yes it good pricing, and well done for that, but Wembley still continues to be a major cash drain for the FA. What's new?
