Championship:
Jonny Williams (Sunderland ) - Started but subbed off injured on 16th minute
Sunderland 2:2 Millwall
Jeez his luck with injuries is just insanely bad. Hope he can get some good game time in this season, we might need him next season...

Keshi scores tonight 2 in 2 now. Been playing well at Swindon, but struggling with hitting the net before the last 2 games. Hope he goes on a scoring run.

We may even be looking at the Championship. He seems to have got over the indiscipline and stupid injuries of previous loans, and is already approaching his record for appearances in any season.

MOM 7 times, I am told, and recognised by manager, team mates and fans as a real leader.

Really pleased for him. After such a good start as a youngster it must have been a tough few years. Be interesting to see how he does at a higher level.

More on Inniss Injury, from the Colchester Gazette

"Colchester United head coach John McGreal admits it was a 'bitter blow' to lose key defender Ryan Inniss to injury.

The Crystal Palace loanee hurt his shoulder in the opening minutes of the second half in the U's 3-1 win over Exeter City, at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.

Inniss, who has been sidelined with a shoulder injury in the past, has been in superb form for Colchester over recent weeks, helping them draw level with the teams in the top seven in League Two.

And McGreal concedes it was disappointing to lose their influential centre-back.

McGreal said: “It’s a bitter blow – we’re hoping fingers crossed that it’s not too much of a problem but we won’t know until later on in the week.

“It’s sore at the moment and it’s one where we’re going to have to assess it with (head physio) Tony Flynn."
