He will get the 13 shirt.

i think furzy's correct on this. He looks like Mike Brown's replacement.

He will definitely want the 13 shirt and it is his best position. Wasps f*cked around with him at full back and he actually went backwards during that spell IMO. He has incredible pace and intelligence but I personally don't think he is good enough under the high ball to play full back at International level. Having said all that I wouldn't be surprised to see him tried out there if JJ is seen as indispensable as Jones definitely seems intent on picking him.

I believe in General Jones now, I think we don't know when we are beaten.

Scotland did play very well but for me it is the Ireland game that worries me most.

I agree. England play for the whole match and the replacements bench is pretty damn good. It'll take a very good side to beat you or you'll have to have an off day.

Turns out Elliot Daly the latest England hero is a Croydon lad, started playing rugby at Beckenham Rugby and went to Whitgift.

I'm not sure there is a player who could do what Daly did 70+minutes into the match. Not only the try, but the sprint back to get past Biggar (who was dead on his feet at halfway, and THAT was ultimately what cost Wales the game, imo.) and clear the danger.

Also of Irish heritage, but all the best tend to be.

Off to the England's Open Training Session at Twickenham on Friday - taking my 6 yr old and 3 yr old along. Eddie gives a speech then 1 1/2 hr training session talked through by some special guests. Should be fun and gets the boys interested in rugby I hope.

Should be good, the only open training session I ever watched was the All Blacks one and when Jonah Lomu was in the team, back in 99. I was in awe then hehe

It still frustrates me that the Aviva Premiership continues during the 6 Nations. Some Clubs far more affected than others, Worcester's win over Saracens this weekend a prime example and it has a big impact on the relegation battle.
