Can't believe it might actually happen...

Was at Oriel Park last night, and although Dundalk weren't at their best, giving the ball away at lot more than I had seen in ages, they still played like they had no pressure on themselves.

Monday's match will be huge, annoyed I won't be there.

I remember going past Benbulbin on the way to Sligo loads of times as a kid. Didn't some republican sympathisers paint some huge slogan along the side of it...?

Aye, years ago.

It was also the scene for an atrocity during the civil war when free state troops executed arrested men.

It is a stunning & imposing mountain though. I love looking at it when I'm up that way. I'd love to climb it too.

Love that range of mountains that overlook Sligo. Remember the first time I drove into Sligo and saw them and thought that's a great view to look at every day!

West of Ireland really is stunning! Definitely retiring out that way!

I do like some of their songs to be fair, although the chap on the drum can be a little behind sometimes. And Oriel Park is a hole (but does have free parking).

In summary, they are ok.

Looking forward to the cup final. Went to my first since the early 90s last year and despite it being a stinker, I'll try and go every year with my kids.
