Safe to book flights then? No chance the police could move it?

If police wanted it moved then I can't see why they wouldn't have done so months ago.

The game is being moved to 11pm on the Friday night after a request by the HF, apparently Parish has got them to pinky swear that they won't cause any mischief. We are also going to sell alternative rows to palace and Brighton fans, and the display will be a joint anti homophobic one featuring a giant banner of Donald trump and elton John frenchying with the words 'M23 Derby against hate'

With a knick knack paddy whack....

I would say safe enough to book..., I have, to cover all Saturday slots...

The police would now be planning for it on the Saturday and just announce that it is all-ticket and that weed fans should go to the away pub and be marched up from there. There's only one Spoons in the area now, so it should all be pretty much segregated with a bit of posturing around the edges. Nothing to see.

If they mess around with it now after the mess of the two Monday matches, it would just heighten the profile of the match making things potentially worse.

If it is somehow moved to Sunday (noon KO maybe, on police advice), go and watch some cricket (blue or brown caps) or take in the Hamlet match and catch up with mates...

To be fair to the police (if I have to and it doesn't feel right) they have the jigsaw pieces themselves of how to manage games. Bit like us on waiting for TV and cup ties to reveal the outcome.

I find it hard to believe that they will view it quite in the same terms as their colleague in Sussex (though given the chance they will, just to save costs). Dealing with Chelsea/Spurs/West Ham shit regularly, not sure why Palace v Brighton pops up as such a category.

Probably not. The same came be achieved by a line of nose to bumper police vans across Park Road, and divert all Br*ghton fans who want to go to Norwood Junction down Sangley Road and the backstreets so there is no coming together until the last few hundred yards which can be managed

Can't help but feel Sky & BT have missed a trick here. The most open and fascinating relegation battle in years yet their latest picks are totally dominated by games involving at least one of the so called 'big six' teams. Out of all the games chosen for April there is only one game in which they don't feature and that is West Ham v Stoke. I'm not sure if Arsenal are even that much of a draw to the neutral these days so no idea on why they keep insisting on showing so many of their games, especially as they will no doubt be prioritising the Europa League from now on.

I'm off to buy some shares in a local wing mirror replacement company. Those tough Tarquins are going to take liberties on those parked cars to show how hard they are.

Have Sky announced what they are showing live next weekend?

If WBA are in with a chance of staying up, then I could see it being our match.

They can wait until after the midweek matches and choose then.

I cant see the WBA game being a live fixture as they barring an incredible scoreline win against Palace its them clutching at straws, they are down.
For me the final place will be between Huddersfield, Saints and Swansea to join Stoke and WBA. I had previously said it would be Swansea, but even if they lose on tuesday they then finish off with Stoke at home so surely a great chance to survive and solely in their hands. Where as poor old Huddersfield have a nightmare 3 games to come, so looked doomed barring a miracle.
So i see Sky focusing on any of those Two, probably Huddersfield and Swansea v Stoke if the Saints were to win on Tuesday.

Three matches are likely to be broadcast. I expect these to be confirmed on Wednesday evening. With it being the first season since Sky renamed the channels I have no idea how they will do it.
