Jurgen Klopp
Liverpool only 5 points ahead of Everton and 4 points ahead of Leicester ( both sacked Manager ). With their expectations and finance , should questions not be asked about Klopp ?

Yes, and you answer it in the question.

Genuinely despise him, such a cowardly player that hides from the ball and isn’t brave enough to do anything besides passing it sideways. Disgrace that he actually captains the national team.

You could argue he played a significant role in making Suarez the player he is.

They scouted the hell out of the liverpool supporting Dele Ali, after his scouser boss Karl Robinson petitioned them to sign him numerous times, but baulked at the 5M pricetag. LOL.

Perhaps, or you could just say that Suárez himself improved as he reached his mid 20s like 90% of players do. Also, the partnership with Sturridge complimented Suárez well, and Klopp hasn’t had the privilege of a fit Sturridge in his Liverpool tenure, unlike Rogers.

Glad he went to Spurs, I admire Gerrard as my post probably showed but besides him I can’t stand Liverpool.

Klopp's 'personality' covers up for a lot of flaws in that side. The stories are about his passion and enthusiasm in interviews rather than his inability to buy a decent defender or goalkeeper. Or have a Plan B when it became clear Southampton weren't going to sell Van Dijk to them.
After Sunday, they were ripping into Lovren and Mignolet. Lovren had been injured for Croatia and ruled out of their qualifiers a week or so before but Klopp picked him (no other choice?) then hooked him. He's spent a lot, and with Keita coming in soon that will increase further, but the same excuses from pro-Liverpool pundits keep being trotted out. Not had the backing, wait until they click, just needs a defender. One, forget who, said that Van Dijk is the best defender in the league (might have been Dean Saunders) and another, Micky Quinn I think, said that Klopp hasn't been given enough money by the board!! After not buying Van Dijk, they went out and spent 40m on Oxlade-Chamberlain who they don't really need. And agreed a 45-50m deal for Keita. Van Dijk is okay but nowhere near the best defender in the league.
