I drove to worthing area last week as you cannot get the last train home from evening games. Would do the same if there are engineering works.

Might not be relevant for the cup game but I got to Shoreham absolutely fine by train after the game last week.

I do Southwick, park right next to the station and less than 2 minutes to the A27.

The Bridge car park looks like it sells out pretty quickly. Getting the train just before final whistle i had a 20 min wait at Brighton but was also home before midnight. Just depends on how long it takes to get a train out of Falmer after the game.

I don't buy into the selhurst is a piece of cake to get to line that palace fans like to indulge in. However Brighton does genuinely make selhurst look like a transportation dream.

For Northern fans most London and South coast clubs would be almost equally difficult.

They are too stupid to understand geography. Of course, any club that is not next to Euston station requires a complicated journey. More complicated than going from Manchester to Leeds or dropping down to Birmingham. London is a much bigger place than your Northern hell holes.

Londoners have no excuse. If someone who supports Arsenal or Spurs can't take the Northern Line down to Balham and change for the train to Selhurst or Thornton Heath, or take the alternative routes via London Bridge or Victoria, then they are muppets or whining muppets. We have to make the same journey in reverse.

A Northerner driving has to either go through London or drive for an eternity around the M25. Diddums we are Crystal Palace, and this is where we are located.

It is easy. I can be home in north London after a slow exit after the game in under an hour No probs.

3 mainline stations if you are going by train.

Takes me less than 2 hours from Southampton to Selhurst.

The problem is that your sat nav will advise you to take the A23, like most places you need to know a way in without taking the blocked main roads.

I think it will be. Going by their responces on NSC quite a few will not be going. They value their loyalty points down there so no doubt will buy tickets vto sell on. When they played a cup game away recently they sold out but only 50 per cent turned up. Rest bought tickets to get loyalty points with no intention of going. I might by tickets in both ends, if Sussex police piss around will just go in the home end.

Yup, apparently they wanted to be in the best position to get tickets for their first trip to Wembley/Emirates/Etihad/Anfield/Old Trafford/Stamford Bridge*

Wasn't that the night league cup game at Bournemouth when they cut the admission price to a very low level? Nice to see Brighton's new customers using their ingenuity.

Will have to wait and see what allocation they give us. Hopefully it will be over 4k to make it easier to get a ticket in the away end.

Maybe need to have a purchase ticket history to buy from BHA.

Need to wait and see what the requirements are but maybe tickets will come up from other sources.
