Local election on the 3rd May, surprised there hasn't been a thread on it.

Who is voting who, where, why and how?

There all as bad as each other but will again align my X with Labour.

Just puts another ballot slip against the blue brigade down here.

Im not sure making this a public poll will give you a true sense of BBS voting intentions.

Could be wrong

Yes - I imagine the public poll has discouraged a number from all sides not to vote.

I saw Labour predicted to pick up 200 seats on one poll mainly gains from UKIP

Probably fair. UKIP shot its wad in 2015 and is presently a political non-entity.

May is the better technician, Corbyn has the better public image. Corbyn will win

Liberals . Hate the pro-EU feckers but they will give the Tories a run for their money locally , Doubt they will beat the Tories though , Labour have never shown their face ever around here in 30 yers , So don't deserve to win the local council seats , Labour have also gone all online social media and twitter bo**ocks
lately .

Fine with general elections but it would be nice if local Labour candidates actually got off their ar*se and met local people to find out what they want locally .
Online political canvassing is not the big thing some make it out to be .

But it will be in the future. And by starting now, those that use it now will have the upper hand when more and more parties start to use it. It's a very clever tactic and one that may speak to those young folk that may be disillusioned by politics in general.
