Review copy plopped through my letterbox last week, it's not bad at all!

Not PES2 obviously, but not bad for an arcade game and the commentary is very decent - although the player likenesses are horrid.

Interestingly, if you are one-on-one with another player you can press L1 and zoom in so it's just you against him onscreen - and try a nifty skill to get past before zooming out again. Sounds complex, actually pulled off quite well!

Crossing is far far better that PES2 as well - players really whip the ball in and strikers try and get anything and everything on the end of them.

A pretty decent alternative from Konami.

Without having played the game, I wouldn't have thought ISS3 to be a 'PES beater' because it's aimed at the FIFA-gamer-market, because it's supposedly more arcadey. The people who have already posted on this thread prefer the simulation games and therefore would always choose PES over ISS or FIFA.

As for ISS vs FIFA...

ISS, out of principle!
