Certainly worth putting it on ebay if you need to get rid. I recently sold 78 and 80 Pannini's for at least £10-20 (can't quite remember exactly how much) a time. If almost complete you should get a tenner - do a search on completed auctions as a guide.

Shoot-Out 2004-2005 Premier League Trading Cards are out. 18 Palace players;

Speroni, Granville, Butterfield, Popovic, Hudson, Boyce, hall, Hughes, Black, Watson, Riihilahti, Derry, Kolka, Routledge, Freedman, Johnson, Torghelle and Kaviedes.

I've got 6 so far. Terrible picture follows:

Fantastic - whre did you buy those from?
By the way so far I only have one Palace player from the kick off collection!!! I am eagerly awaiting a specialist catalogue (oo-er) from a dealer which enables you to just buy the ones you want rather than have to buy thousands of unopened packets in order to get the palace ones

They're from WH Smiths (I got mine from East Grinstead). There is an order form with the folder (4.99GBP) which allows you to order up to 20 "to complete your collection" which I think you can download from http://www.magicboxint.com

My son has decided to collect the full set.

I have some palace spares of the kick-off set (not sure what ones at the moment) I could let you have. I would be interested of the name of the 'specialist catalogue' if you have it as the kick-off ones are costing a small fortune - and they're not that good quality.

Actually just checked the website and the shoot out "complete your collection" is not there yet, although the order form is in the start-off pack with the folder etc. Downside is that that is 4.99GBP. BTW each pack costs 0.35GBP and there are 6 cards per pack.

Saw the packs of 6 shhotout cards in woolies at 35p, but not the "starter pack"

the specialist dealer is "David Schollick" who hails from Yate in Bristol - email d.schollick@freeola.net
over the last couple of years his catalogues have been very sporadic, ie one every 3 to 5 months
over the space of 4 catalogs he lists everything he has for sale, and it is basically every sticker/card ever issued, pro-set, panini, merlin, futera etc etc, back to the 60's. You can order by the sticker/card

Exactly, and as far as I can see there is no limit on players from one team. Thanks for the dealer's name . I'll look him up.

Hmmm stickers!!

I don't seem to be doing very well on the Kick-Off ones either, but have some swops. I have 9 of the Magic Box set (had 10 but lost Tommy Black whilst getting out of the car- pillock), but no Palace swaps.

I've got a small pile of swops from other teams if your son is interested in a bit of dealing, Axie!

keep telling myself its just the Palace players but will probably collect the full set of the Magic Box ones as I have well over half of them now.

Deffo just the palace players for kickoff and topps though (honest, sue).

Topps Premier stars 2004 cards are out now (including brief stats on the back of each).

There are 245 in the whole set, including 11 players for each side.

There's also one 3 in 1 motion card for each team.

Kick off stickers :
Piles of kick off stickers on sale at WH Smiths Crawley.
I think Iwill just buy 10 quids worth, then try to get what I need by swapping. Trouble is I don't stick mine in, so have to keep every sticker intact, ie all 7 other players still on the sticker.

Magic Box cards:
Put a bid in to buy the full set of magic box cards on ebay, can't be bothered to go through all the hassle of collecting.

Topps Premier Stars cards:
Another set!!!! This is what being in the Prem is all about! Stockist info please!

I've seen the new Topps cards in local newsagents DE.

I think they came out last week. Five cards per packet, 50p each ! (the Shoot Out ones are better quality and are only 35p !)

After a trip to an untried local Smith's, things are now looking better on the kickoff front. Only need:

141 - Michael Hughes (the wraparound one that comes in the bubblegum)
149 - Aki Riihilathi
154 - Wayne Routledge (mid size)
S8 - Danny Granville (the one that comes with the Smarties)

Have tons of Palace swops now too.

I have just had a look at ebay, and people are now selling swaps. Could be useful place to trade/buy/sell.
Have changed my stance on separating the kick off stickers. I cut neatly, they look ok so I might do that after all.
