I suggest you all head to Clifton. Nice part of town with good pubs; Avon Gorge, Coronation Tapp to name but a few.

I'd avoid the waterfront area as that apparently where all the trouble kicks off.

Getting the train from York to Bristol in about 90 mins to stay with Webbplebb. I'm sure we will check on here before we decide where to go for a pint

Avoid the waterfront area.

Firstly, its mainly sh*te and secondly, I for one would want to avoid any annoying West Ham fans out to cause trouble. Last week there were loads of Millwall in the centre, but didn't seem to cause any trouble, to be fair on their part.

Clifton is lovely, espically Clifton villiage and the Whiteladies road area, or you could feel brave and venture up my end of town and go up the Glouscter Rd, if you prefer the company of students to West Ham fans.....
