Reading Friendly Meet Up

Ok - since there seems to be a number of us who are planning on "breaking in" to this one ! - shall we make some civilised arrangements ?

For anyone who doesn't know - the new training ground is located about 10-15 minutes from Beckenham Junction station - which means you can also use tramlink from Croydon to get (almost)there.

There also happens to be an O'Neills pub literally two seconds round the corner - plus a cab office in the station - so how about a lunchtime meet up in the pub as a starting point ???

I like drinking, so this sounds like the second best thing I've heard all night. I bet you can guess what was the best thing I heard?

good point axie!! - we go from possibly having no ground at all to a ground and 2 training grounds - amazing..

maybe they'll now put back the time of the reading game so that those of us who have to work can go as well..

Would hope it is still to break in the new ground - but will obviously check on this nearer the date.

That's a shame because I would have liked to have seen a few of you at my place, after the match.

I'm not sure what's happening yet - I'm waiting to see if Gazza finds out any more since he's near the training ground !

If he doesn't - don't worry - I will contact Terry Byfield at Palace and find out the week before, what's happening about these two fixtures.

Watch this space ....
