I see that yet again our final game of the season will be away. This time to Sheffield Utd.
When was the last time we had a final game as a home fixture?

Shouldn't make much difference... hopefully! We should be up by then if everything goes to plan, wait this is Palace we are talking about!

As for the question can't remember then again it has been a while since we got a home game first.

1998 Sheffield Wednesday at Home we were already relegated and CLinton scored on his debut with a 1-0 win!

he came on for the last eight miniutes with, Rory Fallon(?) (what happened to him) who was also making his debut, and scored after Lombardo rounded the keeper.

it was rory ginty, not fallon, who like most palace youngsters went to brentford. it wasn't his debut either, he had made a couple of appearances previously (liverpool home for example), although it may have been his first start. also remember at that time clinton had blonde hair!

jeez, this should be in memory lane now

It was Tony Folan.

Kolinkins is right! Ginty played about 3-4 games earlier in the season as a right mid, when Lombardo was injured. It was Tony Folan who came on against Wednesday. Morrison scored with his one touch when he came on.

For while he had a 100% record in the Premiership! :D

I can't wait. Just imagine how amazing it would be to win the championship infront of Colin . Last season's trip to Bramall lane was one of my favorite games ever, so it's got the potential to be even better next year.

If there is something riding on it then we should be able to take a few as you get that whole end there which holds about 5,000.
