Interesting to look at the club stats for last year on the BBC website:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/crystal_palace/club_stats/default.stm

I know much of this has been chewed over before but:

AJ - 21 goals

Next highest scorer Aki with 4.

We had 10 clean sheets in the Premiership - which I suggest for a relegated club is not bad.

However, we failed to score in 12 Premiership games which balances it out.

The 6 double defeats were:

Bolton (we should have won the home game by 2 or 3 goals), Chelsea (no surprise there), Everton (one of the relegation favorites at the start of the season, if only Speroni hadn't gone walkabouts), Portsmouth (how?), Man City and Middlesbrough (we could have expected a couple of points as a minimum from these 4 games).

Started and appeared in every game - Wayne.

Red cards - 4 in all competitions - our foreign signings - Torghelle, Sorondo x2 and Lakis.

Lowest Premiership home gate - 20,705 - our nearest and dearest Clowns.

The pain!
