I remember as a kid watching a televised live game from Luton (prob them at home v Liverpool), and the (plastic) pitch was totally covered in snow (they only bothered to clear the line markings), but the game was played anyway, with an orange ball so that the TV cameras could pick the ball out!

Let's hope the highlights are worth getting up for from a Palace perspective. I could face the Sheffield Utd game last time we were featured.

Think I'll wait and see the result! BTW is Nicholls baned? Didn't he get sent of Saturday?

Yep

From their official site....

It has been confirmed that skipper Kevin Nicholls was dismissed at Norwich on Saturday under law 12, section six, for using abusive language and/or gestures. This carries a two-match ban with immediate effect and means he will miss Tuesday night's game against Crewe Alexandra and the visit of Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Its how you feel after watching that inept defensive performance yesterday.

sic Sic (=thus, so), invariably bracketed and usually set in italics, is used to indicate that a preceding word or phrase in a quoted passage is reproduced as it appeared in the original passage. Sic at its best is intended to aid readers who might be confused about whether the quoter or the quoted writer is responsible for the spelling or grammatical anomaly.

Well did anyone watch it? Have to say they were quite kind to palace, not showing many of Lutons second half chances. Probably too many to fit in. But at least we did look shocking.
