Well we need to renew butterfields contract obvs. Hill, Hills,Lawrence, Ertl contracts need to be renewed. For the rest that have been released i think: Robert Koren, James Harper, Clinton Morrison, Kevin Phillips and sinclair back on loan. Failing to loan sinclair we loan Nacer Barazite of arsenal.
Our team would be:
Gk.Speroni, Rb.Butterfield, Lb. Clyne, Cb. Matty, Cb.Paddy Mac, Lm.Dannsey, Cm.Koren, Rm.Harper, LAM. Darren, RAM. Nacer, St. Morrison. Bench: Phillips, Hill, Ertl, Davis, Zaha, N'Diaye, Scannell. MANAGED BY: Gareth Southgate, Assisted by: Steve Kember, First team coach: Dougie Freedman, Gk Coach: Nigel Martyn.
Our Formation:

In: Tierney (Colchester, 400k), A. Williams (Swansea, 1.2m), Lloyd James (free), Batt (Oxford, 200k), Cleverley or Sinclair or Lansbury (loan), Austin (Swindon, 1.2m), Morrison (free), Phillips (free).

Out: Flavahan (out of contract), Hill (out of contract), Lawrence (out of contract), Butterfield (out of contract), Clyne (2m), Abnett (released already), Kenlock (released already), Adelukan (released already), Carle (already gone to Sydney, and 10k off our wage bill a week), Comley (released already), Goldsmith (about to be released apparently), Scannell (1.5m), Lee (300k), Andrew (loan).

James - McCarthy - Williams - Tierney

(loanee) - Derry - Danns - Ambrose

---------Phillips - Austin-----------

Subs: Ertl, Batt, N'Diaye, Cadogan, Djilali, Morrison, Zaha.

The "loanee" spot could either be Cleverley, Sinclair or Lansbury on loan.

Hills would be ahead of Tierney if he was fit.

I'd offer Derry, Hills and Ertl new contracts.

The second team could be:

Batt - Holland - Davis - Parsons/Knight

Cadogan - Ertl - N'Diaye - Djilali

---------Zaha - Morrison-----------

Subs: Nnamani/Pringle, Wynter, K. De Silva, Holness, R. Murrell-Williamson, Sekejja, Pinney.

Like this we could possibly make about 4m on transfer outgoings, whilst spending about 3m, making a nice profit. This also gives the youngsters a chance, which I think we have to as they're our future and building block.
