Now before you deranged monkeys start hurling poo at me for suggesting him, realize a few things:

- He's young

- He can be easily had. Fulham would love to loan him out and would probably pick up a chunk of his pay. He is contracted out till 2011 and if he starts scoring goals they can finally sell him.

- Surprisingly he has and can score goals - just don't use him as a target man. Think of him as a large Clinton Morrison that actually can beat the offside trap (sorry Clint). Everyone sees his size, build and the fact that he's good in the air and assumes he is a good target for hoofing. Well, he isn't. If you play through balls on the deck, or cross to him he will score - just don't hoof it to him and expect him to hold/flick.

- He has something to prove. Fulham under Sanchez got him almost under the belief that he would slot in as McBride II. In this they were disappointed. Unfortunately its their own damn fault for using him as a target man.

He's never seemed particularly prolific going by wiki, not that means anything I suppose.

Now that is ridiculous. The guy is forever offside and has poor positional sense at best.

Would he get a new work permit?

Rarely plays for Fulham & missed the cut for the world cup..

Rough diamond maybe at best, yet is someone else's player.

I would much rather we work on developing our own players.

When we sign a new main striker - I'd want one who is a goal scorer already. No-one wins anything without a goal scoring striker.

Well, at least he's scoring during Fulham's friendlies ....

Eddie Johnson, who was loaned out by the English Premier League team last season, scored for Fulham in a 5-0 exhibition win over Brentford on Wednesday.

Johnson, 26, scored the Cottagers' fourth goal in the 49th minute. He played only eight English Premier League games for Fulham and didn't score after joining it in January 2008. He was loaned to second division Cardiff City for the 2008-09 season and scored twice in 30 appearances (25 as a sub).

He scored three goals in the Greek playoffs but strained a hamstring. While he was picked for the 30-man preliminary roster, he was cut when the U.S. group was pared to 23 before traveling to South Africa.

Well, pop down to the river in your best togs and aftershave, and it could be your lucky day.

He was dire for Cardiff last season and I'd be laughed out of Wales if we signed him.

When he was loaned to Cardiff City he scored twice in 30 appearances. Problem was 25 of those 30 appearances was as a sub. At Aris he scored 5 goals in 16 which is what he averages 1 in 3.
