letter published in the Adder claims that we were not booing when he went off because Derry was having a bad game. We were booing because we wanted him to stay on the pitch:eek:   Personally I was booing him not because I thought Derry was playing badly (the real reason most of you booed), but because I thought Watson should have started instead of Derry and wanted to make my thoughts known to Kember, ie the COMPLETE OPPOSITE to what this guy wrote in the Adder! Interesting! Must admit, some of the booing is hard to interpret! I often have to ask people sitting around me what it is for and often I get 3 or 4 different answers!! Just shows how many different views are generated from just one game of football!

Perhaps we could have numbered boards we could hold up while we boo so as to show the main reason.

Perhaps we should just not boo individuals!

Maybe the team if it is THAT bad a performance!

Call me brilliant, but I've just had a novel and stunning idea...

How about if we don't boo ANYONE?

That'll stop all the confusion... :)

What is the point of booing your own players?

Support them, don't boo!

Derry is a class player with loads of talent....wish Kember would let him show it to us. Talent as in playing ability as opposed to anything you gits will think off.

The only time I here booing at matches is at the end of the game if we've played poorly.

I think a lot of you secretly want the crowd to boo the players all though the match so you can come on here and complain that all Palace fans are tossers expect for yourself.

This is because you spend the first half trying to see through an alcoholic haze and the second asleep.

I didnt even hear any booing....I suspect it was a small and misguided minority rather than most of us.

I think the only time I would actively boo a Palace player is if Julian Gray was forced to play for us again.
