In todays Daily Star (sunday)....my flat mate buys it honest....I'm more yer Observer buyer....anyway it says 'Crystal Palace want to persuade out -of -favour Spurs goalie to change his mind about returning to the USA at the end of the season'.....'Summer signings Speroni and Hungarian Gabor have NOT lived up to expectations and a Jan swoop for Keller is possible'. A Palace source said 'Kasey is an option but he may take some persuading'.....'He's a proven Prem keeper and can offer us a steadying influence.'
Yeah right were really leaking goals at the mo.....nuts I reckon...take it away .... :hmph:

I would have Kiraly and Speroni with one arm ahead of Keller with two arms. One major negative of the transfer window is the amount of non-starter stories the tabs come up with when transfers can't happen.

Sunday Mirror says the same. Keller is a decent goalie but I can't see the point in making a move for him. Non-story - probably planted by Keller's agent to remind other clubs he's still around and may consider staying in England.

Couldn't agree with you more, still think of Keller letting that goal through his legs when we won 4-1 at scumwall

How many clean sheets do they think Kiraly needs before he's considered to have lived up to expectations then?

I suspect, like Marcel Desailly, this is put round by the agent trying to generate some interest and thus a last pay day for the hasbeen they represent. Stick with what we've got and the younger signings for next year.

Absolutely. More like Helen than Kasey.

Kiraly's pyjamas, what's that all about?
I could understand it, if it was a freezing mid-winter afternoon, and he was from some equatorial hotspot.
At the very least, he should be getting Dowie to have them washed and ironed, for f*cks sake.
Chav chic, anyone? :D

The second of course being Wood!

I earmarked Keller at the start of the season, as I think he's a fair keeper. This was before we signed Speroni or Kiraly, I can't see us needing him now.
