Club statue and who would it be?
After watching a program about the embarrassment of Fulhams Michael Jackson statue and then seeing someone say Speroni needs one, it got me thinking who we like to see captured in bronze.
For me it'd be Julian without doubt. He's the full package: great player, nice fella, loyal and seems to love the club. What's everyone else's choice of players from the past or present? |

The two figures that stand out in the time I've been going to matches are Steve Coppell and Jules. Don't think statues are appropriate for either, yet though - give it at least another 20 years, maybe if we ever get a new stadium or Selhurst gets completely redeveloped.

Jim Cannon or Terry Long...legends and loyalty.

Gary stebbing or Steve ketteridge would prob move quicker then them two...;)

It's a difficult thing as Palace now have nearly 110 years of history and several great personalties have emerged over those 11 decades.
Perhaps one from each era, so we could have a team of statues. I'll get my coat. |
Not a player - Edmund Goodman - longest serving Palace manager.
|
Geoff Thomas without a doubt.
|
Jeff Hughes

Jimmy Cannon , John Jackson ,or perhaps Geoff Thomas but if I had to pick one it would be Jimmy
