I am going both 20/20s, Lords and Oval tests and the ODI V India at the Oval this year. Can't beat it for a day out.

Aren’t the Ashes over? I’m not really much for ODI’s. When they are good they are very good but most the time they are too formulaic. They can make a great day out but I wouldn’t watch a whole one one telly. The power play and that stupid sub rule (since revoked) were another nail in the coffin. But the real problem is there’s just so many ODI’s that its hard to take them seriously. For the English summer I think we should play less ODI’s and add another test.

The world cup is different as that matters. It’s the one ODI series worth winning. But I don’t think many people in the UK will get to see much of it as like the Ashes it will all be on Sky with highlights for insomniacs after 11.30.
