Currently watching series 2 of The Sinner and the actress playing the main female lead cop is rubbish. It's not helping distract from how daft the plot is either in spite of Bill Pullman's best efforts.

He was so Wooden, I'd have torched him in act 1 .

Yes, he had a 'few' good early roles but since then he is just - Nicolas Cage plays Nicolas Cage in... A.N. Other movie.

I assume you all know what his real name is and why he gets role after role.
For the un-enlightened it is Nic Coppola. He changed it to avoid "Plagiarism". His words not mine.
Cousin to Sophia and Nephew to Francis-Ford, he ain't going away that easily :(

The 2 pretty blonde girls and that ugly one from The Big Bang Theory.
Awful actressing.

The whole programme is utterly awful. When you need a reminder of the standard quality of a typical American comedy, just watch it for 5 minutes.

cappuccinoeagle 15-12-2018 08:49 PM

Tristan Gemmill who plays Robert in Corrie- may partly be cos the character is so bland.

cappuccinoeagle 08-01-2019 07:15 PM

Lisa Riley who plays Mandy Dingle in Emmerdale

Classic made up word. :D

They've earned millions from the show so I'd settle for being as "bad" as that.

Yeah. I thought Andy Ansah was utterly brilliant, expect he will rock up in Hollywood soon

Indeed, he won his Oscar for Leaving Las Vegas. An epic performance.

Leaving Las Vegas is a really great film. Mike Figgis directed I think? I actually though she (Elisabeth Shue) put in a slightly better performance, but "I'm a prickly pear!" is one of those phrases that lives on for me :)

I thought he was OK in Face Off and The Rock too, and maybe bearable in one or two others. But he's made a lot of cross.

I remember walking up to the counter at Blockbuster in Beckenham years ago with a Nicolas Cage video in my hand, can't remember which one. As I got close enough for the guy behind the counter to see what I was carrying, he just silently shook his head with a disapproving look, so without saying anything I just turned around and out it back on the shelf :D
