Am Phibian 04-03-2018 08:54 AM

Connery can act. James Bond and The Man Who Would Be King. Just needs a decent script and director.

He is certainly incredibly cheesy on screen. Day of the Triffids and Treasure Island spring to mind

However I saw him about 20 years ago in Lenny (Lenny Bruces life story) as a one man show and he was absolutely superb

No. Not seen it for years but felt he was taking the piss. I remember laughing in the cinema when nobody else was, though I may have been pissed.

Does anyone actually “rate” him in the first place?

He definitely hammed it up a bit, but was still awesome in my opinion. His 'EVERYONE!' reply along with facial expressions was genius and should have one him an Oscar nod.

A very good actor. I loved his Drexl character in True Romance :D

I have long suspected that Danny Dyer is a part played by a RADA lovey - like Leigh Francis / Keith Lemmon. And the bloke who is Ricky Gervais' mate, but not Stephen Marchant or Warwick Davis.

James Norton. Awful. I like Caine, but his American accent in Cider House Rules is appalling.

Stellavista 04-03-2018 12:03 PM

Emily Fox in Silent Twatness. F*cking hell. She's even worse than the sideboard she replaced.

You rate Keanu Reeves but not Daniel Day-Lewis? Blimey.

John Wayne.
