He was set for life before - not that it's not even nicer to have more of course.

Not that I have any power over these things but would be a very classy touch if we did a mins applause for him or banner or something when we play Everton.

give me strength.
Yes it's disappointing he's injured, but he gets paid 90k a week to spend quality time with his family and watch his children grow, not many parents can say they get that quality time at such a special period. He can also make all the insta video's he wants now.

He should be giving the fans a minutes applause

I won't forget the difference between Yala/Jedi leaving the pitch at home to WBA back in August.

I wasn't there for that game, due to the fact I was recovering from an operation. What happened?

At least he has his rap career...

Not strictly true. There's many differing levels of an ACL injury and often, related injuries will be put under the same injury. When I did my ACL, I also injured my posterolateral corner which basically ended my 'career' at 24 years old.

Clearly not too despondent and bouncing around to some dodgy grime on Insta "your story"

Both players knew they were going. Jedi made a point of clapping all parts of the ground, threw his shirt in etc. Yannick walked off having a laugh with Berahino, barely looking over to the Holmesdale.

He could well be back in the squad for the Swansea game. Good luck Yala! https://www.theguardian.com/football...ng-term-injury

Great player for Palace. We bought him for peanuts and sold him for 30 million and your upset he didn't give you a clap?

Coastal Palace 15-12-2017 09:56 PM

To this day I will never get why Palace fans will wish an ex Palace player well.

He's gone and whilst I wish him no ill, I don't want him to set the footballing world alight either.

They don't play for us anymore and therefore I don't give a shit about them.

he wanted out, no hard feelings........so often the case in modern football. He was a great player for us. He epitomised what was good about the club.

By the same token...he wanted to go...he's gone so therefore, as a Palace fan, he means nothing to me anymore.

Each to their own. I keep in touch with a number of ex-girlfriends.

Football and life is about moments. Especially Palace. That's all we have really. Will always he glad he gave us a good few.
