Funny you should say that, I just bought one to spray up for 15€ and the fella threw in an Epiphone for free...bonus. The Tele is too good to spray so my daughter is getting it for her birthday.

It has a surprisingly thin, very comfortable body and it is so slinky to play. It also takes overdrive very sweetly.

Exactly right. To be honest, I think the single coil is a bit weedy but the other two settings are quite throaty.

While checking out a new acoustic for my 15 year-old today, i tried out a Sigma. Very nice guitar. Apparently they are allowed to copy Martins specs, obviously with cheaper woods and finishes, but good value at about £300.

I was toying with th idea of a Feline, but the Les Paul won out. Maybe one day.

Am I alone in not liking the Feline?

I reckon that Feline on the right was my old one. I’ve had 2 Lions but as much as I love the sound of an LP I struggle to play them. They were both incredibly well built though. I’ve now got a Feline Tabby (Tele) and a double cut LP Jr (Lion Cub) and they are both fantastic.

I must state that the Feline Lions that I have are superior to my Gibson Les Pauls. I know it is a personal choice but only my Gibson Smartwood Les Paul is as good as these by my reckoning.

Could be. I bought it some some guy in Merstham who was the second owner according to Jonathan of Feline guitars. It is laid out like an ESP and has a stomach cut, for the fuller figured person. It was made around the same time as the 20th anniversary Lions.

Having been very prudent of late , I am toying with the idea of buying a new guitar. I ‘m vacillating between a Fender jaguar and a Suhr classic strat type thing. Any thoughts before I make this irrational purchase?

Get a Suhr. They are exceptional.
