Reports of in-fighting between rival sets of Palace fans
 

I didn't go to yesterday's game but there are several reports of fighting breaking out, before, during and on the train home between 2 sets of Palace fans, leading to arrests.

I know it's mentioned on the matchday thread but I don't want it buried there as I believe it needs bringing out in the open, discussed as to causes, resolved and buried so there is no repetition.

Palace has always been a family club, when an away game was a particular enjoyable experience, where we could take kids, be as one etc etc. I don't want that image tarnished/individuals reluctant to make the journey and follow our team.

A total guess on my part but coked up dickheads would be a good place to start looking I’d suggest.

Lot’s of reports of a young woman being hit is what instigated the fighting.

Yeah we had a fella tell us his other half had been punched and the lady backed it up. As I got off at Euston I saw the same blokes have a pop at others. Separately, before the game it went off, which we saw and could not work out why.

All very Millwall-esque. I like a bit of edge, but seeing Palace fighting each other over the course of the day was embarrassing and sad to see.

Seemed to go on for quite some time on the concourse before the game.

After all the shit we've gone through the last 12 months you'd think people would be glad to go back to a game of football. Muppets.

Millwall away to Middlesbrough yesterday. Didn’t know if it was at a train station or on a train. Looks like it was on a train so that would have to be some pretty good undercover work from that lot.

Can't comment on what happened at Euston as I wasn't there but the stuff before the game has definitely been blown out of proportion.

Back of the stand yesterday near the Burnley fans, I think me and my brother were the only ones who hadn't taken something.

What I found more weird was the 2 times I went for a piss (my bladder has about as much stamina as Jordon Mutch these days), there were a couple of groups in the concourse just hanging around. I can't really understand why you would travel all that way, go into the ground, then not even bother watching the game. What's the point?

Apparently, the addo were throwing around a lot of racist comments, people, rightly took offense.

HF were on a coach as they were in our escort out of Burnley after the game. But was definitely something in the air yesterday as I saw pockets of minor incidents all over the place involving different fans old and young.
