I thought for the most part he did OK with that bearing in mind how little playing time he has had there. He has done well with the covering across element, saving the CBs a couple of times. Something PVA can let slip from time to time. He has got caught out but not disastrously so. TBH he wasnít always getting a lot of support at times being left out wide isolated, as per their goal (Norwich). Probably thatís the kiss of death and will get roasted today by Pepe who will be a handful for anyone on his day.

So far he has played really well.

RisZero 11-01-2020 02:29 PM

Been pretty impressed with him, glad he has gotten a chance to show he can play

Golf Boy 11-01-2020 02:30 PM

I’d like to see him the one given the creative role rather than Meyer

CPFC_AwayDays 11-01-2020 02:31 PM

Think he’ll be a very decent midfielder, once we have a fit left back he should play instead of McCarthy.

Nostrils 11-01-2020 02:32 PM

He's taking his chance and showing some grit as well. Chuffed for him.

Did very well today and strangely he was our best player on the left hand side - didn’t expect that before KO :) :) :)

Really hope we keep him now and he gets chances to start. On merit only obviously but doesn’t look far off to me. Think he would offer something different in midfield.

Meyer will be out for a while I suspect because that looked as if he will have strained ankle ligaments. Another player down. Could do with PVA back. Thought he was due soon?

Interesting seeing his driving runs came out of nowhere

AddoWolz 11-01-2020 02:34 PM

His best game for us so far

glenn.f 11-01-2020 02:37 PM

Decent game and really growing into a capable left back option. Would like to see him in a midfield role at some point because he clearly has some ability on the ball.

Great game today and been impressed with him the last few games despite playing out of position. Like others would like to see him given a chance in midfield when we can.

Yep, agreed - seems a lot more mobile etc than I thought he was. Made some decent interceptions and covered the ground well.

Clearly one of the better passers and technical players as well.

A decent player but can we get the best out of him !?

sydney eagle 11-01-2020 02:42 PM

Best game today this season intelligent play making good decisions.

Also seems like his Fitness is gradually getting up to speed looked the part today even against tough opposition.

alexcpfc 11-01-2020 02:54 PM

Would like to see him in midfield when PVA returns. He is technically excellent and uses the ball well. Well done Jairo and keep it up, top performance today.
