That is a totally honest assessment coming from an honest man who's only aim is to do the best he can for a club close to his heart. And when he says that we constantly tend to live on the edge as a club in our survival battle, then the fans and especially the BOARD need to heed his warnings and not simply look at him as the scapegoat should the worst happen.
We all realistically accept we currently sit in a false position and Roy is honest enough to accept that, it is when we "hit the wall" is when we then realise just how fragile our squad is in crucial positions.Why oh Why did the Board not accept that? and that Roy should have been backed in the summer window for sure, and the Board must now ensure that does Not happen again in January.
